Codie,

I’m writing this from a kitchen table while my four year old sleeps in the next room. It is 4am. I have 12 years of code in my hands and a decade of getting hit on football fields in my memory. I have moved across oceans six times. I have built things that failed and things that flew.

But lately, I have been feeling a pull toward something I can’t quite name.

I look at the world of tech and I see a lot of people building toys for other people in tech. It feels hollow. Then I look at what you are doing. You are out there in the dust and the noise, buying the laundromats, the HVAC companies, and the small distribution shops that actually hold our society together.

These are the businesses my family worked in. These are the people who don't care about "disruption" or "venture capital." They care about making payroll on Friday and getting home in time to see their kids.

I’m not here to pitch you. I’m here because I want to put my hands on the same plow you are holding.

I don't want a job. I have a life and I have my own work. What I want is the chance to sit at the table with someone who sees the game the way I do. I want to take the complex, intimidating world of AI and turn it into a tool that helps a plumber in Ohio reclaim five hours of his week. I want to build the systems that make these "boring" businesses unbeatable.

I want to learn the art of the deal from you. In exchange, I will build you anything. I ship faster than teams of ten because I have the discipline of an athlete and the desperation of a father who wants to build something that lasts.

If you believe that Main Street is worth saving, and if you need a builder who isn't afraid to get his hands dirty with the details, I’m here.

Jeremy

P.S. Here is the engine I am building for the guys in the trenches.

If you want to talk, here is my email and my Signal. I’m usually at my desk by 4am
